The high school group at Vine Community Church is all about trying to discover things in a new way.  The new way to do life involves turning away from all the things that destroy us (the Bible calls it sin) and turning instead to the one who can rescue us, Jesus.  We are all about learning to make that turn together so that we can live the rest of our lives following after Jesus.  You don't have to have all the Jesus or Bible stuff figured out already before you come.  We can learn together and help you make that turn.

 

So, here’s how it all works. It basically consists of two parts:

Large group gathering – On Thursday nights, we meet together at the Vine. We have food, games, Bible teaching, a band that leads us in worship, and some time to pray for each other and receive prayer.  All of this happens in our sweet youth room so people will usually be found coming early and staying late to take advantage of the Nintendo Wiis, basketball court, air hockey or some of the other fun stuff we have in that room.  Come hang out, we know you'll enjoy yourself

Small Groups - Our small groups meet on Thursday nights during our Discipleship community weeks from 7 to 9 at someone’s home.  Randy Clem leads our Freshman and Sophomore small group.  You can get in touch with Randy at  922-6642 or e-mail him at randyclem24@yahoo.com to find out more about group.  Kyle Wyne leads our Junior and Senior small group.  You can get in touch with Kyle 201-3474 or e-mail him at kylewyne@hotmail.com to find out more about group.  At group we talk about the Bible, talk about life, talk about what the Bible has to do with our life, pray that God would help us do life like the Bible says, and then hang out some more.  

Groups meet the following Thursdays  September 4th, October 9th, November 6th, December 4th.
