As you bring your child for the first time, you will be greeted by our friendly volunteers at the Welcome Hut.  They will ask for your child’s name, birthday, and your phone number.  You will be given a tag with a uniquely identifiable number on it.  This number will be placed on the main screen in the auditorium if at any time during the service your child needs you.  Also, you will want to pick up a copy of our Vine Community Church Kids Adventureland Policy Manual. 

Our classes are the Baby Bay (newborn - walking), Toddler Reef (walking - 2 years), Rainforest Room (2 yrs through Pre-K), Jungle Room (K-3rd grade), and the Outback (4th-5th grade). If you are new, take the time to escort your child to his or her class. This will not only allow you to meet the teachers but will also let your child learn his or her way around the facility. Ask the classroom teacher any questions you have and help us learn about the specific needs of your child.  Keep your tag with you throughout the service.  You will need it to check your child out.

Please plan to pick up your child within 20 minutes after each service.  When you return after the service is over, you can check your kids out at the “Fast Pass” area outside of the kids program or if you have a child 5 years old or younger, you can return directly to your child’s room before checking out at the scanners.  By using “Fast Pass”, you will give your teachers an opportunity to gather your child’s belongings together before you arrive.  If you have a child in kindergarten or older, please use “Fast Pass” to check him/her out and then proceed to the back of the lobby.  You will be greeted by a volunteer and your child by the time you get to the Adventureland exit.
